									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#8217;t, but my in-laws did with their parents and I know it was really difficult. They had them sell their home to generate some cash, which went to paying off any outstanding debt. They then set them up in a very affordable apartment which they could make work with the social security and cash that was leftover from the home. Good luck!</p>

I have several friends who have either rental hoomes or small multi-family units and they all feel like it&#8217;s the quickest way to build wealth. Most of them are generating enough income to purchase an additional unit every 1-2 years. </p>
